Current Responsibilities
Brad Shokes is a Senior Vice President of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service line and is the Business Lead for Facilities Flex.  Brad leads a team that played an integral role in developing and bringing to market the Facilities Flex service offering. Facilities Flex was enabled by a strategic technology acquisition in which Brad was a critical contributor. Brad’s responsibilities include operational excellence, marketing strategies, financial control and supporting sales efforts across this configurable service offering.  Brad brings to JLL a wealth of experience in the areas of business performance, and has been leading teams in Corporate Solutions business for 10 years.

Brad has been with JLL for 10 years

Before his time as the Facilities Flex Business Lead, Brad served as the Senior Director- Products Lead for the IFM business. In this capacity, Brad had ownership for driving the adoption and profitability of IFM Products business which included ProSite, Asset Removal Services and Concierge, as well as driving innovation and product development.

While at JLL, Brad also has served as the Global Director of Performance Management for JLL’s HSBC Bank client.  In this role his responsibilities included leading the development and roll out of client performance and operational reporting for 40+ countries across 60 million square feet, with heavy emphasis on analytics and data management.  Prior to HSBC, Brad supported the Bank of America account, where he was responsible for driving value creation through the use of process, measurement, and strategic thinking – creating programs for the 56-million square foot client portfolio including a business analytics program and the Da Vinci winning Innovation Program – iStream.

Education and Affiliations
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. Brad is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a member of IFMA.
