Ed serves as a Managing Director for JLL in Seattle, WA. He focuses on the tenant side of office lease transactions and has developed a proven process for tenant advocacy that serves his clients well.

Experience
Ed began his commercial real estate career in 1986 when he left his law practice to join The Grubb & Ellis Company. In 1989, he was recruited to join CB Commercial Real Estate Group (now CBRE), where he quickly established himself as one of the firm’s top professionals.

In 1997, Ed co-founded Washington Partners. He has negotiated some of the largest and most complex office lease transactions in downtown Seattle, including headquarters facilities for Amazon.com, Tableau Software, Visio Corporation, and Lynden, Inc.

Throughout his career, Ed has earned the respect of Seattle landlords and the longtime loyalty of his many clients for his knowledge, ethics, and integrity.
