Current Responsibilities
As a Jones Lang LaSalle Director with responsibility for tenant representation, Mr. Reese has completed renewal/relocation lease negotiations totaling approximately 3 million square feet involving over 450 companies.  This experience has given insight in to all aspects of the lease negotiation process. During his career, Mr. Reese has assisted in completing over 500,000 square feet of professional service firm lease transactions. 
Experience
Keene Reese served as tenant representative for the Prudential Insurance Company Southern Group Operations for a seven year period.  Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Reese served as a Senior Director for The Staubach Company.  Other professional experience includes Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, Vice President of Peterson Properties/CarrAmerica and President of The Reese-Richmond Company.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Reese earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and has been a member of Atlanta Board of Realtors for over 25 years having earned the coveted Phoenix Award.  Mr. Reese has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for over 15 years and has participated in educational seminars and leadership conferences focused on cutting edge strategic solutions for his clients.   Occupancy cost savings while building long term relationships is the focus of Mr. Reese's/ JLL's platform. Continuing to allow results for office users in need of strategic solutions in Real Estate that matches their business model is our mission.
