​​Current Responsibilities 
Collier Proctor is an Analyst within Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group providing Strategic Advisory and Asset Management services. His role within the firm leverages a background in real estate private equity, construction project management and real estate development. Based in Miami, he currently engages in preparing market research and financial analyses as well as valuation and feasibility studies among other advisory assignments throughout the Southeast United States, Caribbean and Latin America.

Prior Positions
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Proctor worked as a Real Estate Analyst for Kite Tax Lien Capital, LLC where he performed the due diligence, underwriting and marketing of a $5 million land acquisition, and provided market studies and pro-forma analyses for the development of a 32-key, 30,000 sq. ft. “Actor’s Village” boutique hotel. He also prepared investment pro formas and conducted market research for commercial and residential real estate investment opportunities.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Proctor graduated from Middlebury College in May of 2015 where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History. He also attended Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain during 2014. Mr. Proctor is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He speaks Spanish in addition to his native English.​
