Current Responsibilities

Chris Doggett has just joined JLL in Dallas, Texas as Senior Vice President after serving over 14 years as Vice President at Fobare Commercial in Dallas, Texas.  Mr. Doggett is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of JLL's office portfolio, in additional to handling the leasing and marketing of third partly clients.  In his commercial real estate career, Chris has leased more than 5 million square feet of office space in the submarkets of Richardson, Plano, Platinum Corridor, Far N. Dallas, LBJ Frwy, Las Colinas, Uptown, Quorum/Bent Tree, Preston Center, Central Expressway, and Stemmons Frwy.

Experience

Before joining Fobare Commercial, Mr. Doggett was a General Manager for CMD Realty Investors in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for leasing 2 million square feet of Class A office space.  Mr. Doggett's commercial leasing career began at Harwood International in Dallas where he served as Vice President of Leasing, and was responsible for leasing 1.5 Million square feet of office space. 

Mr. Doggett was awarded the #1 ranking in Black's Guide "Top 35 Under 35" in 2005 as the top producing leasing agent under the age of 35.  Additionally, he was ranked #2 in the "Top 35 Under 35" the previous year.  In 2013, Mr. Doggett was also a final nominee for the Top Real Estate Deal in a redevelopment by DBJ and D CEO Magazine in 2013.  Additionally, Mr. Doggett has served as chairman of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce Broker and Developer Committee, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Xceligent, and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Doggett received an academic scholarship to Abilene Christian University and graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Business Administration in 1992.  He resides in Frisco, Texas and is married with three children, ages 17, 14, and 12.  He is active in his local church, and enjoys fitness, reading, traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
