​Current responsibilities
Tim Hearn joined JLL as the Senior Managing Director for the Mid-Atlantic region’s property management group. In his role, he ensures a high level of property services for existing clients throughout the region, which spans from Maryland to Washington, DC to Richmond, VA. Tim also works closely with senior leadership in strategic planning and pursuing new business.

During the course of his 30-year career, Timothy R. Hearn was most recently CEO of Colliers International in Baltimore and was actively involved in the performance of the four corporate operating divisions, with a particular focus on leasing & marketing, capital expenditures and the annual budgets of the properties being managed by the firm. In addition, as one of the region’s leading commercial brokers, he acted as a team member in the representation of landlords and developers of office and industrial parks along the I-95 Corridor. Throughout his career, Tim has worked with many corporate clients in their real estate requirements and has successfully completed dozens of leases and sales across the country.

Tim has received a number of awards and honors, including Commercial Realtor of the Year and Unique Transaction of the Year. He was previously named to the Baltimore Business Journal list of “Top 40 Under 40,” a list which identified prominent young leaders in the area, and also has been recognized as one of the “Top 10 Producers” of the region’s real estate brokers.
