Current responsibilities
David Hendrickson leads the Midwest Real Estate Investment Banking Group, which specializes in raising debt and equity for real estate owners and developers.

David has debt, equity, acquisition and investment sales experience totaling more than $15 billion of completed transactions in over 30 states.

His financing experience includes structuring equity, mezzanine and debt for all major property types including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, healthcare, and condominiums. David has raised both construction and permanent debt in all of these sectors.

Previously, David served as Director at L.J. Melody & Company, the real estate banking arm of CBRE. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Office and Executive Vice President of PM Realty Group Investment Services, LLC, a company he co-founded in 1992 and sold to PM Realty Group in 1997.

PM Realty Group Investment Services and its predecessor company National Equity Advisors specialized in acquiring all property types nationwide for a life insurance company client.
