  • 15-year lease transaction for 50,000 SF facility at 1116 Middle River Road for NeighborCare Health Systems
  • 125,000 SF lease renewal for Sears
  • 160,000 SF industrial lease transaction for Lifoam Industries on behalf of TA Associates Realty
  • Buyer representative, $8.9 million purchase of 39.5 acres in Elkridge by Sheppard Pratt Health System
  • Landlord representative, 125,000 SF leased by Sunbelt Industries at 6600 Cabot Drive
  • Disposition/Acquisition of over 350,000 SF of industrial product over past 12 months representing over $20 million in transaction volume.
