Current responsibilities
Carly Ikeler is a Transaction Manager with JLL’s International Desk, based in the Silicon Valley hub. In this role, Carly partners with JLL’s clients to help drive their international requirements on a day-to-day basis and ensures consistency in the quality of service delivery.

Carly is also responsible for expanding the growth of our international business across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific regions. Carly’s extensive background in tenant representation while working in the United States allows her to best support clients with a comprehensive scope of services.

Experience
Carly brings more than six years of real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL in April of 2015, she was an Account Manager for Cresa in Washington, DC, where she was responsible for managing the regional requirements of her firm’s national accounts.

Throughout her work with Cresa in the first three years, she and her team completed 33 transaction, totaling $14.3 million in total lease value. 

Prior to her tenure as a tenant representative, Carly was an Institutional Comps Analyst at CoStar Group where she researched and analyzed institutional-valued Sales Comparables (valued at over $10 million).

Education
Carly earned a Bachelor’s of Science at Clemson University in 2009. She is currently completing her Masters in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.
