Current Responsibilities
Ryan Dale’s focus on healthcare real estate began with a college internship in 2003. Ever since he has specialized in healthcare brokerage, taken every opportunity to further saturate himself in the world of healthcare real estate, always working towards being a better healthcare market ‘go-to’ for clients and colleagues.

In commercial real estate, brokers face new and different challenges every day – especially as it relates to everchanging healthcare regulatory sensitivities and compliance requirements applicable to healthcare system and provider group transactions alike. Ryan’s ability to promptly respond and react to these challenges is another attribute that sets him apart from the competition. With the full suite of services provided by the JLL platform, the culture and team of experienced professionals, there’s no scenario/challenge/question he and the team at JLL won’t be able to address.

Within the Agency Leasing Group in Dallas, Ryan oversees the healthcare brokerage division throughout D/FW and surrounding markets in the South Central Region. Primary responsibilities include medical office leasing and physician tenant representation, working directly with the healthcare end-user from local and regional hospital systems to individual healthcare providers alike in establishing new medical office locations.

Experience
With 12+ years of experience in Dallas commercial real estate brokerage and development, Ryan’s primary focus throughout his entire career has been in healthcare real estate. Since 2008, he has negotiated and executed over 150 lease transactions totaling 750,000+ square feet, resulting in the placement of over 300 physicians (single practitioner & multi-physician practices) and representative of over $80M in total lease value. Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was a Vice President in the healthcare advisory group with PM Realty Group (2008-2015); and prior to that with The Cirrus Group (a Dallas-based medical services developer) where he began his real estate career in 2006.

Education and Affiliations
Ryan attended The University of Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Letters and Classics. He is a member of The Real Estate Council, and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Additionally, he is a member of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, President of The TouchDown Club of Dallas and Board of Directors (a professional men’s charity organization benefitting The Rise School of Dallas), and Co-Chair of the Rise Cup Classic (annual Dallas commercial real estate golf tournament).
