​​​​​Current responsibilities
Brad is a Project Manager in JLL’s Denver office, where his experience in coordination with public and private sector clients in identifying, planning, and constructing real estate opportunities brings a level of expertise to all aspects of the pre-development and development process for a wide range of clients. Recently, Brad served as project manager for the Stapleton urban redevelopment project coordinating among master developer, City and County of Denver, metro districts, third party consultants, and legal counsel.  In this role, he provided oversight of bond refinancing and new debt issuances totaling more than $125 million in proceeds.  Currently Brad is working with other such entities as the City of Northglenn and Metropolitan State University.   

In his previous employment Brad served as a Redevelopment Specialist for the Denver Urban Renewal Authority responsible for underwriting of projects seeking tax increment financing. Projects spanned a variety of product type and totaled more than $200 million in development cost. His experience included coordination from the initial underwriting stage through project milestones including drafting of necessary agreements, City Council approval, urban renewal board approval, expenditure and tracking of funds, and on-going project compliance.  Brad also worked as a consultant for City Property Company in St. Louis, MO where he created financial models and framework for owner evaluation of new development and investment opportunities. Education and affiliations
Brad holds a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning form the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, with a minor in Economics. He is a Colorado Licensed Real Estate Professional, LEED Accredited Professional, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.  He also has participated in the Downtown Denver Partnership Young Leaders Program.  Away from the office, Brad serves on the board of the Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club and enjoys spending time in the mountains.
