Current Responsibilities
Diana is a Senior Vice President for Brokerage in Austin, TX for the tenant representation division. As part of the Jones Lang LaSalle tenant representation team, Diana is responsible for representing clients in facility and site acquisitions.  Her responsibilities include marketing, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research with a special emphasis on financial analysis, leading lease review and negotiations.  Her well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives her a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.
 
Experience
Diana Holford brings many years of extensive experience to the corporate facilities and planning and relocation process following the merger with The Staubach Company.  She has successfully negotiated in excess of $500 million worth of building leases in the last ten years.
 
Key Clients
  • LifeSize Communications, a division of Logitech - 75,000 SF, Ms. Holford continued representation from start up to acquisition and provided for eight expansion phases.
  • TippingPoint, a division of 3Com - 87,000 SF, Ms. Holford provided for continued expansion and substantial increase in base building infrastructure during lease negotiations. She also upgraded HVAC and electrical capacity and secured fixed rate for future renewal.
  • NetQos - 75,000 SF, Secured lease for Headquarters of fast growing company and maximized expansion opportunities.
  • NC Soft - 62,000 SF, Ongoing representation of online gaming company over the past ten years.
  • Pervasive Software - 95,000 SF, Continued representation over 14 years including securing office space, restructuring lease to take advantage of market conditions and subleasing surplus space.
  • NCS Pearson - 280,000 SF, Ms. Holford was able to consolidate operations at TechRidge while providing for heavy parking and flexibility.  She also secured pre-negotiated extension and expansion options.
  • Ripcode - 11,000 SF, Expansion and extension at The Avallon.
  • Macheen – Secured initial 3,000 square feet.

Education
Ms. Holford earned a bachelor of business degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
