Jeff Patton is responsible for JLL’s market rate multifamily housing debt platform.

Years of experience

Jeff’s history with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA covers billions of dollars of successful financings over his 20 year career in commercial real estate finance.

Prior to joining JLL, Jeff was a senior vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he directed the Agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA) lending programs and oversaw its affordable housing and seniors housing divisions.

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in finance.

Jeff is actively involved in several industry groups, including the National Multi-Housing Council, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Alabama Center for Real Estate’s Leadership Council. Jeff was named by the Birmingham Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Under 40, and was a member of the MBA’s Future Leaders Class. He is also actively involved in civic duties, having served on committees at Birmingham’s Children’s Hospital and the Birmingham Museum of Art.
