Current responsibilities
Eric Carville is a Senior Vice President for Brokerage in Austin for the project and development services division.

As part of JLL’s Project and Development Services, Eric oversees the entire spectrum of design and construction related services for his clients from pre-lease/purchase strategic programming and site evaluations through design and construction, move-in and project closeout. 

He works closely with major space users to develop project strategies that ensure objectives for scheduling, budgeting and quality are met or exceeded. 

Eric directs all aspects of the process utilizing his experience in areas such as consultant/vendor selection, analysis of alternatives, bidding, procurement and specifications compliance in ways that eliminate ambiguity resulting in quantifiable savings.

Eric has completed over 15 million square feet of product totaling in excess of $750 million. Since 1994, he has exclusively focused his efforts on tenant representation. Coupling his previous experience working for landlords and general contractors, Eric brings a unique perspective to the industry.

  • 1900 West Loop South – Houston, TX – $6,500,000.00 Curtain Wall Retrofit.
  • 1900 West Loop South – Houston, TX – 300,000 square foot, 21 story Class “A” office building retrofit, including all rest rooms, elevator lobbies, elevator cabs, first floor lobby, connecting link to garage, exterior landscaping, new roof and parking garage upgrades. $21,000,000.00 project.
  • Undisclosed Client – Austin, TX - 60,000 square foot complete demolition and re-build of 1980’s era building. Entirely new electric service, entirely new HVAC systems, all new glazing, new roof, new sprinkler service, new landscaping, new parking surface.. $16,000,000.00 project.
  • Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries – 70,000 square foot, $8 million, 2 story office, production facility. Savings in excess of $500K.
  • Hydro-Gulf of Mexico - 123,400 SF, Energy firm corporate build-out. $11 million. Savings in excess of $750K.

Eric earned a bachelor’s of science degree from the State University of New York.

Eric is a parent/project leader in 4H activities and competitively rides in both the American Quarter Horse Association and the National Reining Horse Association. 

He recently won the Amateur Reining Class at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Eric and his wife, Tammy, have three children and three grandchildren.
