​Current responsibilities
Justin is a member of the JLL Nashville Retail Team. The primary role of the Nashville Retail Team is to successfully assist retailers and developers in locating, evaluating and negotiating existing retail locations and build-to-suit transaction and land development deals in and around Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Southwest Virginia, West Virginia, and occasionally Michigan.

The team utilizes its collective and expansive expertise in identifying optimal retailer site selection, leveraging agency leasing opportunities, evaluating sites and negotiating deal structures. If a retail client has a specific build-to-suit need, the team has established an extended network of highly qualified development partners that meet the competencies required for single-tenant, and/or multi-tenant projects.

Justin continues to gain experience in representing retail occupiers and property owners with the Nashville retail team.

Experience
Prior to joining the team at JLL, Justin gained experience in high volume customer service and sales environments.  While earning his degree, he also conducted multiple market research studies for nonprofit organizations around Putnam County, TN, and developed a marketing plan for the College of Business at his alma mater.
