​Current responsibilities
With more than 7 years of real estate consulting, research, financial analysis, valuation and tax experience, Chris offers clients a unique blend of analytical and market research knowledge.

Experience
Chris originally joined JLL's Mid-Atlantic Tenant Representation team as a Financial Analyst, providing analysis and reporting to our clients during their decision making process. Chris gives our clients a deep understanding of the financial impacts of their real estate decisions by building cash flows, providing data analytics, and designing interactive financial dashboards.  After two years of providing analytical support to the tenant representation team, Chris' role has expanded to a full-service advisory role. This includes providing clients with market information, trends & data, as well as negotiation and transaction support. Chris has worked with a broad range of clients during his time at JLL, including Fortune 500 corporations, non-profits, trade associations, universities, and public sector users.

Prior to joining JLL, Chris was a Senior Consultant with Ryan, LLC, one of the nation's largest tax & accounting advisory firms. At Ryan, he was responsible for property and portfolio valuation and asset budget forecasts. Chris' clients owned and managed office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land assets throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. His experience also includes property tax appeal work, as well as advising clients during the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real estate assets.

At CoStar Group, the nation's leading provider of commercial real estate data and analytics, Chris was responsible for updating information on a portfolio of real estate properties and contacts. Chris gathered and analyzed financial data on sales, leases and new construction, and was responsible for tracking properties and spaces that became available in the market.

Education and Affiliations
Chris holds a BS in Business Administration from American University, with specializations in Finance & Marketing. He previously sat on the Taxes & Impositions Committee of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and took part in their DCBIA Leaders in Development group.
