​​​​​​Current responsibilities
Gregg Fuerstenberg is a member of the Business and Economic Incentives practice, a division of JLL Minneapolis, MN. Gregg's primary responsibilities include federal, state, and local economic development program research, coordination, negotiation, and implementation.​

Gregg assists clients with all aspects of a transaction – site selection, complex financial modeling, deal negotiations, contract drafting, and monitoring/compliance.  As an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Fuerstenberg understands the legal and business needs of clients. 

Experience
Prior to joining the Business and Economic Incentives practice, Gregg spent over six years as general counsel and auditor for the Minnesota Department of Transportation and an auditor for a regional public accounting firm.  As general counsel, Gregg provided legal expertise on issues involving construction, real estate, claims, contract, fraud, corporate law, procurement, terminations, labor & employment, warranty, defect, insurance, debarments, and litigation.  As an auditor, he conducted audits, reviews and agreed upon services for public and non-public entities, including:  commercial real estate, financial services, manufacturing, consulting, churches, environmental services, ethanol plants, re-insurance, and health care providers.

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolpus College - cum laude
  • Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law  
  • Licensures includes legal Attorney in Minnesota
