Current Responsibilities
Guyla specializes in agency leasing, project representation and tenant representation in the San Antonio and South Texas market for Jones Lang LaSalle.  On behalf of shopping center owners and investors, she is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize each property's full potential.  Her on the ground knowledge of existing asset availabilities, familiarity with new developments and trends in the market provide added value to clients. Guyla's extensive experience in leasing and tenant representation has enabled her to develop and maintain strong relationships at the national, regional and local level.

Guyla Sineni brings more than 45 years experience in the retail brokerage arena.  Prior to joining JLL, Sineni co-founded United Commercial Realty and, in addition to serving as Managing Partner, she consistently was a top producer. She has worked on a broad array of transactions with national development corporations and retailers, including Target, Capital One, Best Buy, Brinker/Chili's Restaurants, Simon Property Group, KIMCO, Archon, Starbucks, OfficeMax, Home Depot, and Red Roof Inns. She has also been responsible for the ground up leasing for the following major retail power and lifestyle centers: the 900,000 square foot Alamo Ranch, the 1.2 million square foot The Forum at Olympia Parkway; 400,000 square foot Huebner Oaks Center; the 420,000 square foot McCreless Market; and the 310,000 square foot La Plaza Del Norte Shopping Center.  Prior to founding United Commercial Realty, Guyla was a top producer with Grubb & Ellis/Henry S. Miller and a member of the Chairman's Council.

Education and Affiliations
Guyla earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, and serves on the Board of Santikos Theatres & Santikos Property Services. In her spare time, Sineni enjoys developing her artistic talents in watercolor painting and sculpture.
