Current ResponsibilitiesMr. Robinson specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation in New York, and is responsible for all aspects of leasing transactions including real estate strategy, tenant representation and landlord agency leasing. Additionally, Mr. Robinson is responsible for the disposition and recapitalization of retail assets located in Manhattan and throughout the tri-state area.
ExperiencePrior to joining JLL, Mr. Robinson spent ten years in the Midtown office at CBRE where he was named the Tri-State Retail Services Associate of the Year, Real Estate Weekly's Rising Star, and Real Estate Forum's Tomorrow's Newsmakers. With more than a decade of real estate experience, Mr. Robinson has represented:
•Ittierre USA in securing a Fifth Avenue flagship store at 665 Fifth Avenue.
•Club H Fitness in securing a 36,000 square foot fitness center at 222 East 34th Street.
Mr. Robinson's notable transactions include:
•The disposition of the Makor/Steinhardt Building – a 23,500-square-foot townhouse with center atrium – situated on a historic block between Central Park & Lincoln Center.
•The disposition of 2 East 63rd Street on behalf of the New York Academy of Sciences – a 75' wide townhouse mansion which served as the NYAS headquarters for over 55 years.
•The disposition of The Rhinelander Mansion at 867 Madison Avenue – home to the Polo Ralph Lauren flagship store.
•The disposition of 50 East 57th Street – a seven-story retail flagship building between Park Avenue & Madison Avenue.
•The sale leaseback of 434 Broadway on behalf of Valley National Bank – a 60,000-square-foot office property in Soho.

Education and AffiliationsMr. Robinson received a bachelor degree from Seton Hall, where he studied criminal justice and psychology. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Seton Hall University Alumni Association, and a Seton Hall University Division I Baseball Team Member.
