​Current responsibilities
Trish is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, the leading integrated global real estate services and investment management firm.

The firm has over 45,000 employees in more than 1,000 locations in 70 countries. Trish joined in April, 2012 and has overall responsibility for guiding JLL's HR strategy and operations.

Experience
In December 2007, Trish joined Merck & Co., Inc. as Vice President, Human Resources for the Merck Research and Development Labs.  During her tenure at Merck, she successfully led the global transformation of the labs through the merger with Schering Plough, ensuring the division effectively structured its business to achieve its strategic priorities.

She has partnered closely with the President of the labs and his Leadership Team to build a strong leadership cadre for the labs.  In 2011 her role expanded to include HR oversight for the Merck Biologics business and the Chief Medical Office.

Trish started her career in 1988 with Rohm and Haas Co., a fortune 500 specialty chemicals company, as a chemist, and held a variety of positions in the research, technical service and commercial organizations before moving into human resources in 1999. 

In 2006 she moved to Europe to assume responsibility for the human resources function for the European Region during its headquarters consolidation from Paris to Switzerland.

Education
Trish holds a B.S. in chemistry from Michigan State University, a PhD in biophysical chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.A. in clinical psychology from The Fielding Graduate Institute.
