Current responsibilities

Trish is responsible for maintaining the company's financial strength, and for the corporate real estate and people strategies designed to provide an environment for JLL's 86,000 employees to flourish. She also oversees the legal team, and JLL's ambitious sustainability commitments to Building a Better Tomorrow.

In December 2007, Trish joined Merck & Co., Inc. as Vice President, Human Resources for the Merck Research and Development Labs.  During her tenure at Merck, she successfully led the global transformation of the labs through the merger with Schering Plough, ensuring the division effectively structured its business to achieve its strategic priorities.

She has partnered closely with the President of the labs and his Leadership Team to build a strong leadership cadre for the labs.  In 2011 her role expanded to include HR oversight for the Merck Biologics business and the Chief Medical Office.

Trish started her career in 1988 with Rohm and Haas Co., a fortune 500 specialty chemicals company, as a chemist, and held a variety of positions in the research, technical service and commercial organizations before moving into human resources in 1999.

In 2006 she moved to Europe to assume responsibility for the human resources function for the European Region during its headquarters consolidation from Paris to Switzerland.

Trish holds a B.S. in chemistry from Michigan State University, a PhD in biophysical chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.A. in clinical psychology from The Fielding Graduate Institute.
