Current responsibilitiesRichard Neuman is Vice President in JLL’s Northeast Project and Development Services group. In his role, he focuses on project management for commercial tenants, hospitals and healthcare facilities, charter schools, broadcast facilities, not-for-profit work and corporate interiors. Richard joined JLL in 2015.
ExperienceRichard has more than 25 years of experience in Owner’s Rep, facility management, construction and move management. He is skilled in the management of complex, multi-faceted relocation, space planning, facility redesign and construction projects.
In addition, he has managed the daily functions of sophisticated television broadcast studios.

Prior to joining JLL, Richard spent eight years in corporate project management and relocation with Relocation Management Solutions.
Before that Richard was Vice President of Broadcast Facilities & Operations at News Broadcast Network where he designed, built and managed the firms broadcast facilities for 12 years.
His background also includes General Manager at Times Square Studios where he oversaw facilities of one of New York’s largest television studios producing programs such as The Montel Williams Show, Nickelodeon productions, and many sports and variety shows
