Current responsibilities
As a part of JLL's Market Corporate Solutions group in Dallas, Ed Soriano is responsible for the account management and transaction management of multiple national and international clients. 

His responsibilities include lease acquisitions and dispositions, land site acquisitions, strategic planning, coordination of lease administration and project management, and client relationship management for office and industrial portfolios. 

His 26 years of diversified real estate experience makes him a valuable asset to his clients and the Market Corporate Solutions group.

Experience
During the past 14 years with the firm, Ed has utilized his experience and process driven skills to manage 15 national accounts clients with portfolios ranging from 24 domestic leases to 315 international leases and owned facilities. 

These accounts include portfolios of field sales offices, corporate campuses, telecom locations, data centers, distribution centers and raw land. 

During the past 10 years, Ed has successfully negotiated and closed 670 transactions involving over 10,000,000 square feet. Top clients include:

Ed has received the following awards during his career.

Education 
Ed received a bachelor of business administration from Steven F. Austin State University. 

Affiliations
He served as vice president for the Duncanville Economic Development Corporation for two years. His civic activities include participation in the IDRC habitat for humanity program, volunteer work for central Dallas ministries, and Catholic Charities.
