Our people

Current responsibilities 
As a member of JLL’s tenant representation team, Mr. Leatherman is responsible for developing new business relationships, market research, performing financial analysis, lease negotiations and documentation for corporate and public sector clients. Andy brings a strong analytical and market knowledge to the facility planning, relocation, and renegotiation process.  In addition, Mr. Leatherman is the market co-leader in the JLL Public Sector group and provides great knowledge and insight as project manager.  His goal is to save JLL’s clients time and money.

Experience
Mr. Leatherman has 10 years of real estate experience in the Dallas / Fort Worth market.  

Education and affiliations
Mr. Leatherman earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in business from Texas A&M University.  He was been recognized in his business career in 2007-2010 when he was named one of the Dallas Business Journal’s heavy hitters.  In 2009 he was recognized as #1 on the top 35 under 35 brokers in the DFW market.  Mr. Leatherman is actively involved in Junior Achievement, an organization devoted to educating and inspiring young people to value the American Free Enterprise System, Entrepreneurship, and to understand business and economics.  In addition, Mr. Leatherman is actively involved with the Texas A&M 12th Man Foundation and the Texas A&M Dallas Alumni Association, Mercy Street, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
