Current responsibilities
David
Zak is a Senior Project Manager for JLL's Multi-site Project and Development Services practice. 

He is currently providing project management services to Starbucks for their Drive Thru Evolved (DTE) Program, which includes the renovation of drive thru's at over 600 Starbucks locations. 

As a Senior Project Manager, he holds increasing levels of responsibility in project management, vendor and contractor management, permitting and zoning approval, capital equipment installation, team leadership, workflow optimization, engineering, estimating, project accounting and reporting, invoice approval and accounts payable. 

David consistently brings innovation and leadership to in-store remodels, large-scale rollouts, and enterprise-wide projects.

Prior to supporting Starbucks' Drive Thru Evolved Program, David provided project management services to Walgreens Corporation, supporting the renovation and new construction of over 580 Walgreens stores all over the country.

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, David served as Director of Deployment Project Management with Redbox Automated Retail LLC.  In this role he led multi-site custom installations – including logistics, operations, vendor management, and supply chain. He held responsibility for construction and logistics for $54 million of company assets annually. 

Additionally, he supported forecasting, production scheduling, inventory control, warehouse distribution center operations, and specialized logistics. 

David also served as Area Construction Manager for McDonald's Corporation, where he directed architects, contractors, and trades to complete modifications to over 400 McDonald's restaurants and properties.

Education
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
