​Current responsibilities
Adriano De Santis is a Senior Project Manager with JLL’s Multi-site Project and Development Services practice. 

He is currently supporting  AMC Theatres renovation and new construction program spanning  more than 135 theaters across the country. 

The AMC program includes dine-in theater  conversions, major renovations to the auditoriums, concessions and public areas, the addition of MacGuffin’s themed bars, and the ground up construction of new theaters.  All renovation work throughout the program is performed while the facilities remain open to the public.

His responsibilities related to the AMC Theatres program include: leading and coordinating any bid and FF&E; Dine-In Theater conversions (DIT) to add lounging seats; managing installation of MacGuffin’s bars; and supporting development of new ground-up construction projects. He also performs construction administration and assumes responsibility for all phases of the project development and facilitates coordination amongst the owner and the construction and design teams. 

Prior to joining JLL, Adriano was a Senior Associate Project Manager at VOA Associates, where he led the design team through creative design processes. 

Key activities included developing project scope of services, creating schedules, coordinating RFP’s, and aiding client negotiations.  He also provided project status and financial reporting to upper  management to ensure projects met time, cost and quality requirements.

Preceding VOA, Adriano was an Associate Design Manager for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he was responsible for design and project management activities. 

In this role, he provided consulting support and technical expertise for new development, renovation, and capital improvement projects  for Hyatt properties in both North America and the Caribbean region.

Adriano is a LEED AP, PMP and is fluent in Spanish.
