​Current responsibilities
Leigh Garroutte is the Operations Manager for the Northwest, overseeing the San Francisco, East Bay, Sacramento and Stockton offices. 

She is responsible for the day to day operational functions of the offices and management of the brokerage staff. She partners with the COO of the West, Broker Leads, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Research, Legal, Facilities and IT/Telecom to help maintain operational standards across the region.

In addition to management of the office, Leigh is also responsible for management of the brokerage staff. Her expertise lies in employee management, recruiting and training of new employees, strategy and implementation of new protocol and sharing of best practices.

Leigh began her career with The Staubach Company in 2008 as a Marketing & Research Assistant, working with the tenant representation team to create marketing materials and provide market data for business development and strategic client consulting.

The Staubach Company was acquired by JLL in 2008.  She continued her career with JL and was promoted in 2011 to Office Manager, Team Lead in the San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices. In 2014 Leigh became Operations Manger for the Northwest. 

In 2013 Leigh was nominated for the JLL Catalyst Award for Leadership.

Leigh received her BA in Psychology from San Diego State University. 

She currently resides in San Francisco and is an active volunteer with Larkin Street Youth Services, when not playing soccer.
