Our people

Current responsibilities
Dana Harvey is a Vice President JLL’s Lease Administration group and is located in Bedminster, New Jersey.  She has over fifteen years experience in real estate and has been with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Lease Administration group since February 2006. 

Dana currently leads a team of 43 lease administrators and is the Account Lead for the AT&T portfolio, a financial management client consisting of approximately 15,000 leases.  The diverse portfolio consists of both payable and receivable leases for administrative office, retail, network, right-of-way, and international locations.   The international portfolio consists of over 300 leases located in 63 countries.  Data for these portfolios is managed in an SAP based database (creLink) and PortfolioPath.

In addition, Dana is the Business Development Lead for JLL’s lease audit services.

Previous experience
Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006, Ms. Harvey has worked as a Lease Analyst and team lead on the AT&T account.  In addition, Dana was tapped to lead the AT&T migration to and system development/customization of SAP in 2007, completing 3 migrations into SAP since that time.   She continues to work daily with client IT departments to maintain and improve both the SAP and PortfolioPath databases and has trained a team of other JLL analysts on the account to assist with system issues and to interface with IT.  In her role as Business Development Lead for Lease Audit, she works closely with the Lease Audit team in

Ms. Harvey’s previous real estate experience was as a Realty Specialist in Washington, DC, for the U.S. General Services Administration and as a Real Estate Specialist for DMJM, a contractor for the U.S. Department of Labor, managing leasing for the federal Job Corps program.  In addition, Ms. Harvey has been an Assistive Technology Specialist at a local college. 

Education and affiliations
Ms. Harvey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Finance from Georgetown University.
