​Current responsibilities 
Mr. Collier has focused since 1985 on the real estate needs and requirements for both large and small office tenants. His specialties include strategic consulting, market insight and timing, and tenant-oriented negotiations.

Mr. Collier has 30 years of experience in representing tenants in over 1,000 transactions valued at over $4 billion.  He and his team have negotiated a 358,884 SF lease extension for a corporate headquarters in Irving; the extension and consolidation of 243,872 SF for an energy corporation in Dallas; over 750,000 SF nationwide for a pharmaceutical benefit management company.

In addition, Mr. Collier negotiated landmark transactions for a client’s headquarters in Three Galleria Tower in Dallas (560,000 SF) and a communication company’s world headquarters inIrving (over 1,000,000 SF). 

In 2002, Mr. Collier was named the Most Valuable Player as the company’s top producer.  In 2003, he was named the Office Broker of the Year by the NAIOP.

Education and affiliations
Mr. Collier holds a bachelor of science in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point (Dean’s List) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

In 2014, Mr. Collier was elected to the board of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation, the largest not-for-profit provider of senior living services in Texas.

In addition, he serves as a Board and Executive Committee Member for the Dallas Summer Musicals and CitySquare (formerly Central Dallas Ministries), a poverty fighting organization serving the underprivileged community of North Texas.  For City Square, Mr. Collier has chaired an annual fund-raising event since 2011 that has raised $4 million.  In the past, he has served on boards for the Dallas Museum of Art and Trinity Christian Academy.

Mr. Collier and his wife Cindy have two children and four grandchildren.
