Current responsibilities
Tim Noonan serves as an Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at JLL in Chicago brining over 25 years of experience to the group. Within the Real Estate Investment Banking Group,

Tim specializes in the representation of both institutional and private real estate owners in the financing (both debt and equity) of investment properties.

He has originated and closed over 225 transactions totaling $4.5 Billion in first mortgage loans, structured debt, joint venture financing and equity investments for office, industrial, retail, hospitality, condominium and multifamily properties nationwide. 

In addition to the traditional property classifications above, approximately $1.0 Billion of Mr. Noonan’s business has included single tenant transactions.

Years of experience
25 years

Prior to joining JLL, Tim served as a Senior Vice President at CBRE and as a Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Practice with responsibility for equity/debt investments, TIF financing, feasibility/demand studies and corporate real estate projects. Prior to Arthur Andersen, he spent five years at USL Capital, Ford Motor Credit’s commercial real estate lending division.

Tim received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He is an active member with the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and International Council of Shopping Centers.
