Career Summary

Tim Noonan serves as an Managing Director in the Capital Markets Finance Group at JLL in Chicago.  Within the Finance Group, Mr. Noonan specializes in the representation of both institutional and private real estate owners in the financing (both debt and equity) of investment properties. During his 25-year tenure in the industry, Mr. Noonan has originated and closed over 250 transactions totaling $4.5 Billion in first mortgage loans, structured debt and joint venture equity investments for industrial, multifamily, student housing and office properties nationwide.  In addition to the traditional property classifications above, approximately $1.5 Billion of Mr. Noonan’s transaction volume has included single tenant or sale/leaseback financing.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Noonan served as a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Practice and analyst at USL Capital, Ford Motor Credit’s lending division with responsibility for equity/debt investments, TIF financing, feasibility/demand studies and corporate real estate projects.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Noonan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He is an active member with the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, NAIOP, NMHC and the Student Housing division of NMHC.
