Current Responsibilities
Brady Rice, currently based in New York as a Vice President, focuses on full-service hotel transactions with the Hotels & Hospitality Group at JLL. Since joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Rice has advised on over $1 billion of asset sales, financings, and consulting engagements in North America.

Mr. Rice is responsible for facilitating dispositions and providing strategic valuation advice on lodging assets, while collaborating with domestic and cross-border capital sources to ensure successful transaction execution. 

Experience
Mr. Rice has 12 years of real estate experience, most recently focused on hospitality in North America and the Caribbean, with over $3.0 billion in dispositions, financings, and advisory engagements. Mr. Rice has a strong range of experience including investment advisory, asset management, development planning, operator selection, asset underwriting, and disposition strategy design. Mr. Rice also has executed both investment sales and financing transactions ranging from single hospitality assets to mixed-use development projects.

Prior Positions
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Rice served as a Director at a top-tier financial consultancy within the Corporate Finance practice, where he provided strategic real estate advisory services to institutional investors and lenders, private equity, high-net-worth-individuals, and municipalities. Mr. Rice led projects involving real estate loan workout and restructuring, real estate development feasibility, business valuation, organizational efficiency and systems redesign, asset management, and client preparedness for initial public offering.

Mr. Rice launched his career in real estate in 2004 as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person at one of Manhattan’s largest brokerages, where he was among top producers in the residential business unit.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Rice graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management and a focus in Real Estate. 

Mr. Rice is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, and an emeritus board member of the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Undergraduate Program Advisory Council. Mr. Rice is a New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
