Current responsibilities
Chris Duggan is a Vice President within JLL’s Strategic Consulting Occupancy Planning group. In his current role as an OVSM Implementation Manager, Chris directs the implementation and administration of the OneView Space Management application and third-party CAFM / IWMS systems for client accounts. 

He is responsible for acting as the liaison for the client, JLL IT and OP teams, coordinating with CAD service vendors, ensuring the tool is delivered on schedule, within budget and meets required standards of the OP and MAC teams.

Experience
Chris brings over 15 years of real estate experience including occupancy planning and MAC services, facilities operations, staff development, IT facilities management systems, budgeting and financial management. 

He started at JLL as a Vice President of Global Occupancy Planning for the CA account.  In this role Mr. Duggan acted as the Subject Matter Expert for the client CAFM system, developed and implemented a global chargeback system, created and documented guidelines and processes for audits and reporting which allowed him to consistently exceed data accuracy targets.

Prior to joining JLL, Chris was the Regional Facilities Manager for CA.  He was responsible for the annual operating budget and realizing cost savings, implementing the annual capital projects budget and delivering capital projects, managing facility operation services at the world headquarters in Islandia, NY, overseeing worldwide facilities technology implementation and managing CA headquarters space planning.

Education 
Chris earned an Associate of Science in Aviation Technology from Farmingdale State College. He is a licensed private pilot.
