Current Responsibilities

Liz Koteles is a Vice President with JLL in the Agency Leasing Group in Atlanta. Ms. Koteles' responsibilities include all phases of landlord representation, from creation and implementation of detailed marketing plans to lease analysis, negotiation, and documentation.

Previous Experience

Ms. Koteles is currently responsible for leasing and marketing assets in Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Central Perimeter, and North Fulton. Select assignments include One & Three Glenlake, Armour Yards, Newport South Downtown, Perimeter Center East, Star Metals and Preston Ridge. Ms. Koteles started her career in investment banking working for VRA Partners. Prior to joining JLL in 2014, Ms. Koteles was a Corporate Strategy and Business Development Manager for Novelis Inc., an $11 billion aluminum manufacturer. With a background in finance and strategy, Ms. Koteles' prior experience allows her to take an analytical approach to maximizing value for her clients by developing an in-depth understanding of Atlanta's office submarkets, competitive buildings, and tenant roll.

Education & Affiliations

Ms. Koteles graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. She is a leader in JLL's Women's Business Network chairing the annual client event. She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Young Council of Realtors, and NAIOP. Ms. Koteles is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia and a 2018 Level II CFA candidate.
