​​​Current responsibilities
As a Vice President based in the JLL Denver office, Clark Bender performs several functions from the inception of a project to completion. Currently Clark is a member of a PDS team working for CDOT to construct their new 175,000 SF Headquarters / Region 1 office building.  Clark is also managing construction assignments for international computer software company relocating their Denver operation to the CBD.  In addition, Clark is working with a design team for Master Planning the State of Colorado’s Mental Health program.

Experience
Clark has 23 years of construction related experience with local to international construction companies, ranging from Field Engineer to Vice President of Preconstruction. Previously projects include a wide range of clients from city to federal governments, public utilities, K-12 school districts, universities, health care, national and local retailers and private developers.
Clark’s experience provides a strategic process to each step of the project that drives for results in the form of quality, cost and schedule.

Education and affiliations
Clark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He has completed The Cycle of Leadership at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
