Our people

Current responsibilities 
Krista Trofka is currently a senior project manager with a focus on real estate strategy and development for public sector clients. Using her background in urban design, planning and real estate development, she excels at delivering projects in difficult and dynamic environments. She has managed every aspect of development, ranging from strategic planning, market analysis, entitlements, design, construction, move-in and owner occupancy. Krista assists clients in strategizing and managing their real estate portfolios, including strategic oversight for transaction, project, and facilities management services.

Krista currently a senior project manager in the Project and Development Services group, focused on the public sector practice in the Colorado region.

​Education and affiliations
Krista graduated with a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver. She received her Bachelor in Economic Geography with a focus on urban development and city systems from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Krista is an adjunct instructor at the University of Colorado at Denver in the Masters of Urban and Regional Planning program. Her courses focus on development project delivery working closely with community planners and developers across the Denver Metro region.
