Current Responsibilities

Rob Nielsen has exclusively represented locally headquartered office tenants in lease renewals, expansions and relocations for more than ten years. He specializes in working with companies that have a portfolio of leased or owned offices, and has opened offices for clients in eight different states. His extensive experience representing tech companies, financial institutions, and other professional service firms has made him one of the most highly recommended tenant rep brokers in Seattle.

Before joining JLL in 2008, Rob represented tenants as a broker at Grubb & Ellis and spent three years in a privately held investment management firm specializing in commercial real estate development.
