Our people

As an Executive Vice President at JLL’s Portland office, Eric has actively advised several of Oregon’s top CEOs, CFOs, founders and corporate real estate executives since 2006 with the highest level of integrity and relentless advocacy. His clients have described him as “tremendously creative and flexible”, “a delight to work with”, “analytical and able to work with complex leasing scenarios with ease”, “personable”, and “more than just a service provider”.

Eric is a 3rd generation Oregonian and is passionate about supporting his clients as they scale their enterprises and bring value to the state and region. Eric blends an understanding of company culture, operations, objectives and executive visioning into expert advice on growth and real estate strategies. He brings experience in defining workplace strategies, growth projections, multi market portfolio management, headquarters, build to suit or acquisition and lease administration. As a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate, he has a deep understanding of the relationships between tenant leases, building value, financing vehicles and value creation and uses this knowledge to his client’s advantage.

Prior to joining JLL, Eric was a Principal and owner with Cresa Portland. In his ten year career, Eric has represented corporate users of space (tenants) exclusively, and has completed a transactional volume in excess of 2,500,000 square feet and over $100,000,000 in lease or sale value.
