​Current responsibilities
Kelly Kilboy is a Vice President with specialization in retail construction & development. She has vast experience in all aspects of development and project management. She also has ongoing responsibilities in leadership and mentoring roles on various programs.

Kelly is currently managing renovation and new build projects for AMC Theatres while also assisting with the program leadership.

Prior to her current role on AMC, she has also worked with clients such as National City Bank, ULTA, Inc., Firestone, Bank of America, Mercedes Benz, AON/Hewitt and others in both project management and program management roles.

Kelly has 23 years’ experience in construction and development primarily in the retail industry. She provides leadership and professional management support to her clients and colleagues, while also having day-to-day responsibility for all activities for both new, ground up construction and remodeling projects.

In addition to Kelly’s expertise in project management she has also managed design consultants, entitlements, due diligence, value engineering, bidding and negotiations, scheduling, procurement, consultant and contractor management as part of her client services.

Before coming to JLL, Kelly has previously worked for retailers such as Kmart, Super Kmart store development and rollout, Gloria Jean's Coffees, Pep Boys, Harrah’s Casino, and Fifth Third Bank.

She also worked for the Staubach Retail Real Estate Group managing multiple assignments for Cole Taylor Bank, Ace Hardware, Kmart, and Walgreens.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science with a concentration in Architecture from Southern Illinois University and is LEED® AP certified. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

She has also completed numerous real estate transaction classes and is very active in both formal and informal mentorship roles.
