Current Responsibilities:

Abraham (Abe) Cooper is an Associate and specializes in corporate tenant representation in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manhattan office. His primary responsibilities are business development, financial analysis, market research, and transaction management & execution. Mr. Cooper’s singular focus is advising hedge fund, private equity, investment banking, and family office clients on an array of real estate-related matters affecting strategy and performance.

Experience:

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Cooper held Financial Analyst & Business Development roles at CBRE Capital Markets and Guggenheim Partners.

Education and Affiliations:

Mr. Cooper earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from The George Washington University. At GW, he served as a founding member of School of Business’ Real Estate Investment & Development Organization. Today, he remains an active alumnus and advisor to the Center for Real Estate & Urban Analysis.
