Current Responsibilities

Abraham "Abe" Cooper is a New York City-based Commercial Real Estate Broker at JLL (NYSE:JLL) working under the tutelage of what is widely considered one of the most dynamic and successful leasing partnerships in the world.

He focuses primarily on Tenant Representation and select Investor/Owner Representation throughout the New York Market, though has the resources to facilitate capital markets and portfolio optimization transactions on local, national, and global basis through JLL's fully-integrated service platform.  

Specialties

Mr. Cooper has specialized in the real estate needs of hedge fund, private equity, technology, and professional services organizations and has concluded transactions in excess of 300,000 RSF.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Cooper held Financial Analyst & Business Development roles at CBRE and Guggenheim Partners.

Education

Mr. Cooper earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from The George Washington University.

Affiliations

Currently, Mr. Cooper serves as a Junior Advisory Board Member of The George Washington University's Center For Real Estate & Urban Analysis ("CREUA").  Mr. Cooper is also a Young Patron Executive Board Member of the Jewish Museum of Manhattan.
