Current responsibilities
As a broker in JLL's Raleigh office, Molly provides real estate advisory services to clients seeking to acquire, renew, relocate or dispose of office, industrial, flex and lab space.

Her account management expertise combined with her understanding of the needs of large, mid-size and emerging businesses allow her to provide value-added services to JLL clients.

A North Carolina native and Triangle resident for over a decade, Molly's business acumen and knowledge of the local market make her an invaluable extension of her clients' team.

Prior to joining JLL, Molly served as Marketing Manager at Calvert Holdings, Inc. where she developed and implemented strategic marketing and sales support efforts for various companies within the Calvert portfolio.

She was responsible for leading a complete rebranding campaign during her tenure at Calvert and managed all B2B marketing and communication initiatives. She also has experience providing business planning and advisory services to emerging companies in the Triangle.

In addition, Molly worked as a Marketing Associate at Quintiles where her responsibilities included marketing analytics, event planning, marketing program development, project management and social media engagement.

Immediately after college, Molly spent two years in a support role on a corporate transaction and estate planning team at Manning, Fulton & Skinner, PA.
