Current Responsibilities Jason Schwartzenberg is an executive vice president in JLL's New York office. He is responsible for new business development and tenant representation services in the New York Metropolitan area. Mr. Schwartzenberg works with Robert Martin, vice chairman, and his team of real estate professionals. Mr. Schwartzenberg joined JLL in 2014.
Experience With 12 years of experience in New York metropolitan-area commercial real estate, Mr. Schwartzenberg has developed expertise in tenant representation for technology companies, financial services, not for profits and professional services firms. Prior to joining JLL, Schwartzenberg served as corporate managing director with Studley Inc., where he was responsible for new business development, tenant representation services and market research. His clients included First Investors Management, Haworth, Thomas Publishing, Cicatelli Associates, theladders.com and Weildinger Associates.Earlier, he was a business development manager with Torry Harris Business Solutions. Before that, he was involved in business development for five years for a number of early-stage technology companies in San Francisco and New York, including Telco Communications, Digital Commerce and InterWorld Corporation.In 2006, Mr. Schwartzenberg was honored with a CoStar Power Broker Award. He was featured as a Real Estate Weekly Rising Star in 2007 and as a Real Estate Weekly All-Star in 2008. Mr. Schwartzenberg completed transactions in 2009 and 2010 that were ranked among the top 50 leases in Manhattan by Crain's New York Business.

•Regeneron Pharmaceuticals: 500,000-s.f. lease renewal and build-to-suit in Tarrytown, NY
•Thomas Publishing Group: Lease restructures totaling 150,000 s.f. in multiple locations in New York and Pennsylvania
•The Louis Berger Group: Relocations and consolidations totaling 100,000 s.f. in multiple locations in New York and New Jersey
•Herzfeld & Rubin P.C.: Relocation to 125 Broad Street for 56,000 s.f.
•The International Aids Vaccine Initiative (IAVI): Early lease termination and renewal for 37,000 s.f. to 125 Broad Street.
•Theladders.com: Multiple assignments across New York City, in excess of 60,000 s.f.
•ESPRIT International, LLP: 38,000-s.f. lease restructure at 1370 Broadway
•Wellington Shields: Lease renewal at 140 Broadway for 18,000 s.f.
•Jibe, Inc.: Relocation and expansion to 96 Morton Street for 14,000 s.f.
Education Mr. Schwartzenberg earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Johnson & Wales University.
He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. Mr. Schwartzenberg regularly participates in charity events organized by New York Cares.
