Current responsibilities 
Linda Panchasarp strategically manages and negotiates multinational real estate portfolios on behalf of her corporate clients.  She specializes in working with technology firms to find cost effective solutions in various asset classes such as office, industrial/warehouse and data centers.

Linda has over nine years of work experience in various industries such as consumer products, healthcare and real estate in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and Denver.  This vast experience enables her to not only focus on her client’s real estate pain points but also their business and industry factors to help achieve economical solutions. 

During her time at JLL, her most notable transactions include headquarters relocation assessments to identify the most optimal location based on target employees thus saving clients 10% from their current cost structure. Additionally she has worked with Omnicare on their national disposition portfolio where she has saved the firm 15% in their real estate costs.

  • ​Served on TREC’s (The Real Estate Council) Associate Leadership Council Class of 2012 – 2013. This 10-month intensive program equipped her with a better understanding of the economic impact of real estate in Dallas through programs such as governance, education, CBD & the Arts, as well as leadership lunches with prominent leaders in the city.

Education and affiliations
Linda completed her Master of Business Administration from SMU’s Cox School of Business and earned a degree in Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
Additionally, Linda is a member of Colorado Technology Association, Dallas Kids First, The Real Estate Council and Back On My Feet.
