Current Responsibilities

Linda Panchasarp strategically manages and negotiates multinational real estate portfolios on behalf of her corporate clients.  She specializes in working with corporations to find cost effective solutions in various asset classes such as office, industrial/warehouse with a focus on data centers/colocation/cloud.


Linda has over twelve years of work experience in various industries such as consumer products, healthcare and real estate in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and Denver.  This vast experience enables her to not only focus on her client's real estate pain points but also their business and industry factors to help achieve economical solutions.

As part of the Technology Real Estate Advisory Services team, Linda and her team focus on creatively analyzing costs savings strategies for corporate technology portfolios utilizing their Strategic Infrastructure Analysis to secure substantial savings for traditional data centers, global colocation commitments, network spend, and cloud strategy expense.

Education and Affiliations

Linda completed her Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business in Dallas and earned a degree in Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans. Additionally, Linda is a member of Colorado Technology Association and Sunnyside Neighbors United Inc.


Served on TREC's (The Real Estate Council) Associate Leadership Council Class of 2012 – 2013. This 10-month intensive program equipped her with a better understanding of the economic impact of real estate in Dallas through programs such as governance, education, CBD & the Arts, as well as leadership lunches with prominent leaders in the city.
