Current responsibilities
Phil Palmer is executive managing director of JLL’s New York City brokerage business. He is responsible for the P&L of brokerage operations overseeing more than 100 office and retail brokers serving owners and occupiers. He also oversees the New York Consulting and Advisory Group. Along with operational responsibility, Mr. Palmer is responsible for sales strategy and talent recruiting.

Mr. Palmer joined JLL from CBRE, where he was managing director of the firm's Midtown Manhattan brokerage division.  Prior to joining CBRE in 2009, Phil was Vice President of Eastern Sales for Quebecor World, Inc., managing the Eastern region sales force where he was directly responsible for more than $90 million of revenue. He began his career in 1988 with RR Donnelley, selling commercial printing services to book and magazine publishers. 

Phil received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication and Marketing from the University of Akron.

He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and holds a New York State Real Estate Broker license.
