​​​​Current Responsibilities
Ms. Schneider is the Americas Chief Operating Officer of JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group. Ms. Schneider plays a key role defining and driving JLL's strategic growth and expansion plans from North to South America. In addition to strategic planning, Ms. Schneider leads Finance / Accounting & Administration, Human Resources & Training, Marketing & Public Relations, Research & Knowledge Management, and Information Technology & Operations.

Experience
Ms. Schneider joined JLL in 1995 beginning her career with LaSalle Partners in Atlanta, Georgia, where she served as General Manager at several Class A office assets on behalf of CalPERS, TA Associates and Nippon Landic. In 1998, she moved to Chicago and joined LaSalle Investment Management where she worked on commingled funds in eight U.S. markets. Ms. Schneider was the Chief Operating Officer for Income and Growth III from 2003-2004, focusing on capital raising and its initial investments.  In 2005, she made the move to service two separate accounts totaling $1.3 billion as Deputy Portfolio Manager and Asset Manager.  In this role, she was responsible for day-to-day operations for 20 assets in key US markets focusing on annual operating and capital planning, selection of management/leasing teams, leasing strategy, and valuations.  In 2010, Ms. Schneider assumed the role of Portfolio manager for both accounts becoming responsible portfolio performance and risk management.  Ms. Schneider left LaSalle Investment Management in 2014 to assume her current position,

Education and Affiliations
Ms. Schneider earned an MBA in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BA in political science from Kenyon College.​
