John Moxley is an executive vice president in JLL’s New York office. He is responsible for leading transactions, analysis and research for site selection and disposition, and negotiating leases.
Mr. Moxley has 30 years of real estate experience. He focuses on representing tenants in New York City, but has completed substantial work in most major U.S. cities. Recently completed transactions include:
Representative clients include Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, Canon, Verum Capital, Panasonic, Time Inc, Siemens, Sedgwick Re, Symantec, Jobson Publishing, AIG, WNYC, Bressler Amery & Ross, Iron Mountain, Argo Group, Adidas, Waterhouse Securities and BNY Mellon.
Prior to joining JLL in 2007, Mr. Moxley was a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield and was ranked second in total production in 2006 in the firm’s Downtown office. Also in 2007, Mr. Moxley was a finalist for the Real Estate Board of New York’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award for his work in the relocation of the radio station WNYC to 75,000 s.f. at 10 Hudson Square.
In 2000, Mr. Moxley was recognized as a “2000 Vendor of the Year” by Time, Inc. Customer Services for his effort in restructuring approximately 500,000 s.f. of leases for its headquarters, warehouse and distribution facilities in Tampa, Florida. In 1999, Mr. Moxley was the recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York’s prestigious Robert T. Lawrence Deal of the Year Award for the Siemens/Wasserstein Perella sublease at 1301 Avenue of the Americas and new lease at 601 Lexington Avenue, New York.
Mr. Moxley is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and has completed several real estate classes at New York University.
