Current responsibilities
Collin Wheeler is Vice President of JLL's Columbus, Ohio office. Collin specializes in strategic real estate advisory and representation services for corporations, law firms and large non-profit organizations. 

His exceptional finance and strategic transaction structuring background enable him to cost-effectively implement clients’ goals and objectives.

Experience
Collin has spent the majority of his real estate advisory career in Washington, DC through working with Studley, Inc. He has successfully completed over 2.1 Million square feet of real estate transactions, and in consecutive years, was honored with a DC Transaction of the Year Award by the Greater Washington’s Commercial Association of Realtors. 

These noteworthy transactions include his financial advisory role in National Public Radio’s (NPR) 2008 Sale-Leaseback of 450,000 square feet and $225 Million disposition, as well as Troutman Sanders LLP’s 2009 Lease Restructure for 114,000 square feet. 

In Columbus, his hometown, he brings a unique analytical approach with unmatched tenant negotiation experience to the brokerage community. Collin's experience and clients include:

Collin's professional resume includes experience in financial and economic consulting with Huron Consulting Group in Chicago. His work with a number of Fortune 500 clients provided invaluable experience with financial drivers and creative modeling. 

This background has enabled him to develop a number of highly complex facility financial models, which he now utilizes in assisting clients to optimize their real estate holdings and increase their flexibility. 

Education
Collin earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and was also named a 2010 CoStar Power Broker for his work across Washington, DC and Ohio.
