Current responsibilities
Rick Goings is a Vice President in the Houston office of JLL’s Capital Markets group, where he provides local and regional disposition services for primarily office, medical office and industrial properties.  His responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, lease analysis, due diligence, transaction management, and execution to maximize value and create optimal exit strategies for clients.

Years of experience

Rick has over seven years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL’s Capital Markets group, Rick was a Financial Analyst at Allied Advisors, specializing in the disposition, recapitalization, and financing of office, hospitality, and retail properties. Prior to Allied Advisors, Rick was a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services practice. Rick’s experience has provided him with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis, leasing, due diligence, and transaction management.

Rick received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.

Rick is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
