Current Responsibilities Ms. Alfano is currently responsible for overseeing third party property management services for JLL industrial clients with assets located throughout the New Jersey region totaling approx. 15,000,000 square feet. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing tenant and property vendor relations, developing and managing building budgets, monthly ownership reporting, management of property and capital projects, as well as directing a staff of eight (8) property management team members. Ms. Alfano also assists in developing and implementing JLL SOP’s for our industrial market, mentors industrial teams nationally for our existing clients on JLL’s best practices as well as organizing monthly “lunch and learn” seminars for our property management teams in NJ and elsewhere in the industrial market.
Experience A real estate professional for more than 20 years, Ms. Alfano joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s property management division in July, 2011. She has held positions in property management firms such as AMB Property Corporation/Prologis, Taylor Management Company and C&R Realty, managing flex, office, industrial and residential properties throughout the New Jersey region. In addition to her real estate management experience, Ms. Alfano has worked as an estimator for a NJ General Contractor. This experience has assisted her in her day to day role and the extensive fit out and capital projects she’s worked on over the course of her career. Her experience includes the successful management of client relationships and budgets of over $5 million. Ms. Alfano works closely with team members, providing cost-effective solutions while maximizing value to ownership and increasing tenant retention and satisfaction. Education and AffiliationsMs. Alfano attended St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, and has obtained and maintains a PCAM designation through CAI. She has her NJ Real Estate License and has obtained her LEED Green Associate credential. She is a member of BOMA and presently serves as a Committee Member for the NJ Chapter of Professional Women in Construction.
