Our people

​Current responsibilities 
Jodi Janda is currently the General Manager of a commercial high-rise and a mid-rise property in the Denver Tech Center, totaling over 350,000 square feet. Her responsibilities include the management of daily operations; preparing financial reporting; the annual budget and budget reforecasting; managing all construction projects; building tenant relationships and oversight of the administrative and engineering staff. Jodi has assisted in obtaining ENERGY STAR certification for the high-rise property from 2013 -2015.

Jodi has over seven years of commercial real estate experience. She joined JLL in the 2013 acquisition of Means Knaus Partners. Prior commercial real estate experience includes; managing over 800,000 square feet of mid-rise and campus style properties in the Denver Tech Center. In this role, she was responsible for; client, tenant, and vendor relations, assisting in the annual budget process and monthly accounting, as well as assisting in lease administration on behalf of the clients.

Education and affiliations 
Jodi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and is actively involved in Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).​
