​​Current responsibilities 
Gretchen Beckwith is an IFM On-Demand Account Director with executive oversight of numerous accounts across the Rockies and Western Region. In that regard she interfaces directly with our clients ensuring the highest quality delivery of JLL services. The Account Leads report directly to Gretchen, who has responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the FM services. 

Currently Gretchen manages the facilities services for DCP Midstream, TransUnion, Digital Insight, Liberty Media and portions of Kaiser Permanente.  She has 13 staff members that support her and the daily activities at each client site. She also supports the project management team for DCP Midstream’s corporate and field office construction.

Gretchen was formerly the Director of Corporate Support Services for 3 years at DCP Midstream, the second largest natural gas gathering company in the USA. In this role, she led business process improvement and budget alignment for 6 departments and 18 staff.

The groups focused on were inbound freight, warehousing, facilities and construction management, asset recovery, fleet management and travel. For 3 years prior to being promoted to director she acted as the Facilities Manager for the 5 corporate sites, bringing new corporate standards, portfolio management and a higher level of strategic planning to their corporate real estate initiatives.

Prior to DCP Midstream, Gretchen filled the role of Project Manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Denver, Colorado for three years. She supported the Corporate Real Estate team on both Denver metro area bank sites as well as construction management for the corporate location.

Gretchen also worked in the Lease Management group assisting in demographic studies, lease tracking and portfolio management for the Western Wells Fargo region.

Gretchen has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Iowa State University.
