​​Current Responsibilities
Nancy is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Project and Development Services group in the Northern California San Francisco office. She has been with JLL for more than 6 years. She has directly managed large, complex projects for a variety of corporate, hospitality, institutional, and high-tech clients. Currently, she is the Project Manager for the expansion of the MRM//McCann headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Nancy recently completed the renovation and tenant improvements of the 300,000 square foot former Las Vegas City Hall into headquarters for; the 48,000 square foot new headquarters for MRM\\McCann Erickson in Salt Lake City; the 158 rooms and public space renovation at the San Francisco Mandarin Oriental Hotel; the 29,000 square foot tenant improvement project for Nokia Siemens Networks in Silicon Valley; the 156,960 square foot tenant improvement project for Nokia in Silicon Valley; and the 147,000 square foot interior re-fresh for Deloitte in San Jose. She has managed multi-site tenant improvement projects for Intuit, Autodesk, Deloitte, Goodwin Procter and Purple Communications.
Prior to joining JLL, Nancy managed all capital projects at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Her work included: replacement of an aging Uninterrupted Power Supply system with a new N+1 redundant system; replacement of exterior waterproofing sealant and glazing joints; replacement of 2 Kewanee Boilers with 4 energy–efficient boilers; replacement of 3 emergency generators and paralleling switchgear; replacement of Johnson Controls Building Automation System; replacement of the existing roof/flashing system; and various tenant improvements.
Nancy has held project management positions with both Helmuth, Obata & Kassabaum (HOK in San Francisco) and Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG in Honolulu). At HOK she was responsible for various commercial projects including ACER Computer R&D Center in Taiwan; Plaza Merdeka Retail Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; County of San Mateo Administrative Office, in San Mateo, CA; and 150 California Street in San Francisco, CA. At WATG, she was responsible for various hotels and resorts in Hawaii and Indonesia.

Education and Affiliations
Nancy holds a bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College in Boston, MA. She is a registered Architect in California and Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
